Cancellation and Refund Policy
We strive to provide a seamless booking experience. Please review our cancellation terms below, which vary based on the season of your stay.
1. Standard Cancellation Policy (Regular Season)
Applies to all dates excluding the Peak/New Year period defined below.
- Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to arrival: Guests are eligible for a refund. However, a non-refundable Processing Fee will be deducted from the refund amount as follows:
- Domestic Transactions: ₹708 (₹590 + ₹118 GST) OR 4% of the total transaction value, whichever is higher.
- International Transactions: ₹708 (₹590 + ₹118 GST) OR 4% of the total transaction value, whichever is higher, PLUS any applicable international transaction costs at actuals.
- Cancellations made 5 days or less prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee applies. No refund will be issued under any circumstances. This also applies to “No Shows” or guests who choose to shorten their stay after checking in.
2. Peak Season & New Year Cancellation Policy
Applies to bookings for stays with checkins between 20th of December and 3rd of January.
Due to high demand, and the loss of the booking possibility with each passing day, specific cancellation terms apply during this period:
- Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee applies. No refund will be granted.
- Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to arrival: Standard Peak Deduction: A retention fee of 50% of the total booking amount applies initially.
- Conditional Reduction: If the cancelled room night(s) are successfully re-booked by a third party at least 5 days prior to the original intended check-in date, the retention fee will be reduced to 25% of the total booking amount.
- For international Transactions any applicable international transaction costs at actuals will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Note: Refunds regarding the difference between the 50% and 25% deduction will be processed only after the re-booking is confirmed, or after the check-out day of the new bookings.
